Great, strong, and very powerful original Corvette. The 1965 Corvette Sting Ray became ferocious with the mid-year debut of a big-block V-8, the 396 Turbo Jet. The Turbo Jet delivered 425 bhp and a thumping 415 pound-feet of torque. This was also the first year for 4 wheel disc brakes. A "radio delete" Corvette, original Glen Green color, matching upholstery, original teak wood steering wheel, and new white soft top. Nice clean undercarriage. Car originally had 4.56 posi traction but were swapped out with 3.55 to make it more driver friendly. All original 4.56 parts are available and go with car. Rally wheels, radial redline tires, transmission, and headers are not original. Transmission is period correct but not original. Other than those items the car is numbers matching and complete. Runs and drves amazing.
